Book My Discount is an intermediary as defined in Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, sub-clause (w). Users must accept the Terms & Conditions of the website in order to utilize it. This Agreement is a legally enforceable electronic contract. A "Member" is defined in this Agreement as anyone who willingly provides information to the site, regardless of whether they use the service for free or for a price.

• Users who use the service agree that their personally identifiable information will be collected, processed, displayed, and used to deliver the service. If users do not agree to our Terms, they must discontinue using our service immediately.

4. Termination and Term

• Individuals can cancel their service at any time and for any reason by writing to Book My Discount.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, users will not be entitled to a return of any unutilized voucher expenses if they cancel their services.
• We may terminate a user’s access to the site for any reason, including but not limited to breaching the terms of service, using the service for commercial purposes, or engaging in prohibited communications/activities, by sending a notice to the user’s provided email address.
• If we terminate your services owing to a breach of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to a return of any fees you have paid.

5. Members' Additional Terms of Use

• Book My Discount retains the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or suspend a user’s free access to its website based on a review of the member’s behavior or any other reasons deemed suitable, with prior notification.
• Users should not object to receiving emails, messages, or phone calls from Book My Discount and its representatives regarding their queries and purchases.
• Book My Discount does not allow the usage of multiple vouchers by the same person at the same time. We reserve the right to cancel any and all multiple purchases with no reimbursement of paid fees.
• Users affirm that the material and information they contribute, including personal data, is correct and accurate. If they are registering a profile on behalf of a friend, sibling, or child, they agree that the profile holder has given them permission to do so.
• Book My Discount reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action required to protect the platform and its members from any abuse or misuse.

• All liability, whether criminal or civil, arising out of any content posted on the site is the responsibility of the member, user, or third party who posted such content. Book My Discount reserves the right to seek damages for any harm it may suffer as a result.

7. Liability Restriction

• Book My Discount will not be liable to users or any third party for any indirect, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits, resulting from the use of the site or service.
